A central theme of Pesach is birth, or rebirth, of ourselves as individuals, and of our nation.

 

​As discussed in this short video teaching, this theme is reflected in many aspects of the Seder ritual, and it can be traced all the way back to the Israelite slaves' final meal, shortly before they left Egypt - the very first Seder Night.
